Working at Daffodils
Daffodils were first established in 1995, and 25 years later our vision remains the same, 'to encourage children to develop to their full potential through providing a safe, clean stimulating environment. Essential to this vision are the people that work with us and care for our children.
We pride ourselves as a family business who provide employees with the support and guidance each individual requires at their stage of career progression and development.
The management team forms close relationships with our dedicated staff and we have a number of staff across our branches who have worked with us for over 10 years, with some having worked at Daffodils since we established in 1995.
When employing individuals we seek to employ candidates who hold either a Level 2 or Level 3 in childcare. Additionally, for those seeking to undertake these courses we are partnered with a number of apprenticeship providers with whom you can study for a childcare qualification whilst working at Daffodils.
