Daffodils have a short life span, however at first sight they are a sign that Spring is around the corner. It may still be wet and gloomy when Daffodils first appear, but their sighting indicates that bright and shiny days are not too far away.

Children in many ways have similar impact on those around them. Childhood may be brief, but in this short time children provide immense joy and hope for the future.
